Richard Worden has extensive experience in mission-oriented roles, currently serving as the International Director of Adult Ministries at Paraclete Mission Group since September 2004, where Richard conducts seminars aimed at mission mobilization around the world. Previously, Richard held positions as a missionary with Mission Aviation Fellowship from January 2000 to December 2005, and as Vice President of the MAF Foundation, as well as Vice President of Financial Planning at BMO Harris Bank from January 1995 to January 2000. Richard's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Communications from Wheaton College Graduate School, a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education/Missions from Calvary University, and a diploma in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology from Moody Bible Institute.
