Marcelo F.

Marcelo F. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as the Principal Tech Lead at Parade since February 2022, Marcelo has previously held the position of Head of Software Engineering at Grupo 3778, where leadership included growing a team to over 30 members in an agile environment post-merger. At the CERTI Foundation, Marcelo progressed from Lead Developer to Software Developer, focusing on improving development practices and fostering agile methodologies. Early career experiences include internships at Marine Cybernetics and Dígitro Tecnologia, and a research scholarship at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Marcelo holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and studied Engineering and Management of Information Systems at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
