Richard McVey has extensive work experience in various roles within the media industry. Richard began their career as a Managing Editor at Music Row Publications Inc, where they were responsible for writing, researching, and managing writers for a monthly music trade magazine. Richard then joined Publishing Group of America as an Editor for "American Profile" magazine, where they oversaw a nationwide network of writers and helped launch a new magazine called "Texas Profile." McVey later worked at Maxim Inc. as a Digital Editor, where they utilized social media, SEO, and link partnerships to increase online traffic. At AMG/PARADE, they held multiple roles, including Director of Digital Development & Content and Editor in Chief of Athlon Sports & Life magazine/AthlonSports.com. Richard'sresponsibilities included overseeing content creators, managing budgets, and leading editorial concept and planning. Most recently, McVey worked at Parade Media as the VP of Audience Development, SEO & Content Analytics for Parade.com, where they played a significant role in developing and executing a growth strategy that led to a substantial increase in audience size.

Richard McVey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
