Cortney DeMello is a skilled visual artist and content creator at Dream World Design Co. since October 2020, specializing in brand development, social media management, and design services. As a founding member of Parade, a Gen Z, Latina-owned underwear company, Cortney promotes sustainable fabrics and inclusive sizing since October 2021. Previously, as Director of Branding at Period.24, a nonprofit dedicated to menstrual equity, and as a Social Media Strategist and Graphic Designer at Boss Women Collective, Cortney has demonstrated a commitment to empowerment and equity. Additionally, experience as a Social Media Manager at Re:store and an Executive Assistant at PONO A Skincare & Waxing Boutique further highlights Cortney’s diverse skill set in branding and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications from FIDM and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Diablo Valley College.
