Alok Saxena

Alok Saxena is an experienced finance professional currently serving as General Manager and Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Paradeep Phosphates since April 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate finance functions, such as corporate restructuring, IPO management, mergers, acquisition financing, and investor relations for a leading agribusiness with a turnover of $2 billion. Prior roles include Joint General Manager in Corporate Finance, where Alok managed a significant IPO, and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, leading a transformational business project in collaboration with AT Kearney. Alok's career began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Professional, where responsibility included leading subsystems in a major data warehousing project. Alok holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
