Carolyn Crain

Carolyn Crain has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Special Assistant Level 3 at Baker Intermediate since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carolyn held the position of General Manager at Paradies Lagardère from April 2021 and at Harbor Freight Tools from August 2020 to September 2021. Carolyn also spent four years as General Manager at Party City and twelve years at Toys R Us, managing both the Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores. Carolyn began her career as an Assistant Manager at Garden Ridge and progressed through various management roles at Lowe's Home Improvement, including Co Manager, Store Manager, and Operations Manager. Carolyn holds undergraduate education in Communication Skills from the University of Louisville, completed between 1990 and 1992.
