Douglas Morris

Director Visual Merchandise at Paradies Lagardère

Douglas Morris has a wealth of experience in visual merchandising, with a career spanning several prominent companies. Douglas started their career at Miller & Rhoads, where they served as the Director of Visual Merchandising, overseeing merchandise flow and presentation standards for 25 department stores. Douglas then moved on to Uptons Department Store, where they were responsible for implementing new store design and merchandise presentation concepts. Following that, they joined Breuners Home Furnishings as the Director of Visual Merchandising and Store Planning, where they strategically planned and executed visual merchandising efforts for 53 furniture stores. Currently, Douglas works at Paradies (Airport Concessions) as the Director of Visual Merchandise, where they are responsible for maintaining visual merchandise presentation standards for over 550 stores in North America. Douglas has also played a key role in designing store layouts and fixtures for various national brands, including CNBC News, The New York Times, and EA Sports.

Douglas Morris attended Atlantic Christian College but did not complete a degree. Douglas later attended Lees-McRae College and studied Biology.
