Holly Ritchie

Holly Ritchie has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Holly started their career at JCPenney in 1988, where they progressed through various roles, eventually becoming a Senior Merchandise Manager. Holly joined Paradies Lagardère in 1995 and has since held the position of Regional Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for a $64M retail program consisting of over 60 retail stores in 13 airports. Holly is recognized for their leadership and ability to manage complex operations. Holly is accountable for achieving sales results, managing expenses, and monitoring a team of General Managers. Holly also researches market trends and establishes relationships with key stakeholders.
