Kathy Douglas

Kathy Douglas has a strong background in the retail industry, with extensive experience in merchandising and management. Kathy started their career in 1985 at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President General Merchandise Manager for Womens and Childrens. In this role, they focused on driving sales and margin for women's sportswear, accessories, and children's sportswear. Kathy also played a key role in growing proprietary and national brand products and developing global sourcing strategies. In 2008, Kathy joined Dots as Divisional Vice President Divisional Merchandise Manager, where they oversaw multiple buyers and was responsible for growing sales and margin in fashion apparel and accessories. Kathy'srole also included building strategies to grow proprietary products. Most recently, Kathy held the position of Senior Director Merchandising at Paradies Lagardère and was later promoted to North America Director Merchandising.

Kathy Douglas attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Fashion Merchandising & Marketing. Kathy did not receive a degree during their time at the institute.
