Nicolle Matt

Nicolle Matt is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Flagship Human Resources Manager at Paradies Lagardère since December 2022, Nicolle previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Austin from October 2021 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes dual roles as the Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Aloft Austin Downtown, as well as a managerial position at TacoMan512. Additional roles span from Summit Leader at Fairmont Dallas to an internship in food and beverage with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Nicolle's education includes studies at Les Roches from 2014 to 2017 and Texas Tech University from 2013 to 2014.
