Zakery Thamert is an experienced executive in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for Paradies Lagardère and Chief Operating Officer - Western Region for Hojeij Branded Foods, Inc. since December 2011. Thamert oversees operations in four major international airports (SLC, SFO, DFW, and IAH) managing a total of 21 restaurants, including prominent establishments like Iron Chef Cat Cora's Kitchen and a 270-seat Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant.
