Zakery Thamert

Zakery Thamert is an experienced executive in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for Paradies Lagardère and Chief Operating Officer - Western Region for Hojeij Branded Foods, Inc. since December 2011. Thamert oversees operations in four major international airports (SLC, SFO, DFW, and IAH) managing a total of 21 restaurants, including prominent establishments like Iron Chef Cat Cora's Kitchen and a 270-seat Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant. Previously, Thamert held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton from August 2010 to December 2011, overseeing extensive guest accommodations and significant food and beverage revenue. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Catering at Radisson, where Thamert was responsible for banquet operations and catering revenues. Thamert is a certified CHSP, achieving certification on March 24, 2009.
