Heather Merz

Heather Merz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Paradigm Commercial, LLC since September 2021, Heather previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Burt Group, Inc. from January 2015 to September 2021. Prior to that, Heather was the Controller at Burt-Watts Industries, Inc. from December 2005 to December 2014 and worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2005. Heather Merz holds a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University, completed in 2000.
