Ashley Froh (Smidt)

Ashley (Smidt) Froh has a diverse work experience in business development, marketing, and sales roles. Ashley started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Coordinator at IBM. Ashley then worked at Lenovo as a Saskatchewan Sales Specialist from 2006 to 2008. After that, they joined IBM again as a Territory Sales Rep- MidMarket Saskatchewan from 2008 to 2010. Ashley also briefly worked as a SysX / HV Storage Channel Manager at IBM in 2010. Since 2010, Ashley has been working at Paradigm Consulting Group, where they started as a Business Development Analyst and later became a Manager of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Business Development and Marketing at Paradigm Consulting Group.

Ashley (Smidt) Froh attended the University of Regina from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. During the same period, they also completed a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina. After their formal education, Ashley pursued further certifications. In 2018, they obtained a Professional Leadership Certificate from the University of Regina, and most recently, in April 2021, they completed an Advanced Leadership Certificate (ALC) from the same institution. Additionally, Ashley obtained a certification in PRINCE2, though specific details regarding the institution and time of completion are unavailable.
