Ashley Smidt

Ashley Smidt is the VP of Business Development at Paradigm Consulting. Ashley has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a focus on the technology industry. Prior to joining Paradigm Consulting, Ashley was the Saskatchewan Sales Specialist at Lenovo, where they were responsible for account management and sales for enterprise, SMB, and whitespace customers. Ashley also spent time at IBM as the SysX / HV Storage Channel Manager and as the Marketing Coordinator for the Prairies. Ashley's experience and knowledge in the technology industry makes their a valuable asset to Paradigm Consulting.

Ashley Smidt has a business administration degree with a specialization in marketing from the University of Regina. Ashley also has a certificate in economics from the University of Regina. In addition, they have received advanced leadership and professional leadership certificates from the University of Regina, as well as a certification in PRINCE2 from Advantage Learning Ltd.

They work with Grant Thies - VP, Consulting Services, Mark Vrooman - VP, Business Development, and Ken Howell - COO. Their manager is Mark Hustak, President, CEO.
