Stacy Souder

Stacy Souder currently serves as a Clinical Liaison at Paradigm Health, a role held since November 2019, with additional responsibilities as a Transitional Care Navigator, Hospice Intake Coordinator, and Medical Records Coordinator, overseeing the Medical Records departments to ensure compliance and accuracy across the company. Prior to this, Stacy worked at Paradigm Living Concepts from May 2014 to September 2021 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
