Phil Pearce Maat Airpm

Phil Pearce MAAT AIRPM has a comprehensive work experience in the finance and property management sector. Phil joined Paradigm Housing Group in 2008 as an Income Team Assistant and later progressed to become a Service Charge Accountant, where their responsibilities included efficiently managing service charges and maximizing income recovery. In 2012, they were promoted to Service Charge Manager and continued to excel in this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they took on the position of Business Partner - Property Services, providing expert advisory services to the group and service owners. Phil then served as the Finance Systems Manager for a year before transitioning to the role of Senior Systems Accountant. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance System and Data, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field. Throughout their career, Phil Pearce has consistently demonstrated their competence and dedication in finance and property management.

Phil Pearce MAAT AIRPM has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. From 1995 to 2001, they attended The Astley Cooper School, where they achieved 9 GCSE Passes A-C and a GNVQ Intermediate Business Studies qualification. In 2002, they enrolled at Leggatts College, where they obtained a CSLA Coaching Award in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Additionally, during the same period, they earned a National Diploma in Sport Science from Leggatts College. Continuing their education, from 2010 to 2015 Phil pursued a distance learning program, resulting in their qualification as a MAAT in Accountancy. Currently, they are studying the Management Level at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants to further enhance their understanding of accounting.
