Jim Carroll

Jim Carroll has over three decades of experience in the hydraulics and petroleum industries. As the Owner and Managing Partner at Paradigm Hydraulics since January 2013, Jim oversees operations and strategic direction. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Western Region Artificial Lift Manager at Wilson Supply Company from 2010 to 2013.
