Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in full stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Full Stack Engineer at Paradigm since January 2023, Matthew previously occupied a similar role at Deep Lens from December 2019 until the company's acquisition by Paradigm. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as a Software Engineer at Manifest Solutions from January 2016 to December 2019 and contributed to significant projects aimed at cancer treatment. Matthew's professional journey began with a role as Campus Staff at Cru Global, where responsibilities included managing international projects and fundraising. An early involvement in research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Adolescent Developmental Psychopathology Laboratory laid a foundation for collaborative and analytical skills.
