Tracey Smith, BSN, RN, OCN

Tracey Smith, BSN, RN, OCN, currently serves as a Clinical Engagement Specialist at Paradigm, having previously held the same title at Deep Lens. Tracey boasts extensive experience in clinical engagement, having worked at Inteliquet in various roles, including Sr. Clinical Engagement Specialist and Trial Digitization Manager. Prior experience includes a Clinical Review Nurse position at eviCore healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed managing clinical certification activities, and as a Charge Nurse and Emergency Department Staff Nurse at Southern Tennessee Regional Healthcare and Helen Keller Hospital, respectively. Tracey has also supervised nursing functions at Baptist Health Care and provided care in multiple clinical settings as a travel nurse. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Education from the University of North Alabama.
