Roger Cummings

Roger Cummings has over 35 years of work experience in business development, sales, and management roles. Roger is currently working as the VP of Business Development at Paradigm Information Services, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Sales Executive at the same company from August 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining Paradigm Information Services, Roger worked at Modis as a National Account Manager from January 2018 to June 2018 and as a Solutions Consultant from January 2017 to June 2018.

Roger also worked as a Business Development Manager at Modis/Adecco Engineering & Technical from January 2009 to January 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Technical Direct Placement at Adecco Engineering & Technical from June 2006 to December 2008, where they established and managed a direct placement branch in Portland.

Roger's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Executive at WCC USA from April 2004 to June 2006, Director of Business Development at Everest Consultants from December 1999 to April 2004, and European Telesales Manager and Channel Sales Manager at Rogue Wave Software BV from August 1994 to October 1999.

Roger started their career at USNR - Applied Theory as a Sales Coordinator, where they were involved in the sales, proposal development, and estimation processes for sawmill controls and optimization solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Reforestation Forester/Consultant at Sylvan Reforestation Consultants, where they specialized in reforestation consulting and software development for forest land management.

Roger's work experience also includes a role as an Inventory Forester at Oregon State University College of Forestry, where they managed a crew and conducted forest inventory surveys.

Roger Cummings attended Mt. Pleasant High School for their secondary education. Roger then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from Humboldt State University, completing their studies between 1974 and 1980. Later, Roger pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Oregon State University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1992.
