Jeffrey Williams

Jeffrey Williams is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Paradigm Manufacturing, Inc. since June 2021, Jeffrey has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing, where responsibilities include the integration of business strategies in aerospace fabrication. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Pacific American Fish Co. and Manager of Operations at The Gill Corporation, focusing on complex assembly and machining processes. At Solvay, Jeffrey managed a team of over 80 employees, overseeing production and quality engineering, and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Plant Manager and EH&S Director, contributing to significant operational improvements and safety compliance. Early career experiences involved risk management project engineering and service in the United States Navy. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
