Caroline Leech is a seasoned Chartered Financial Planner with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving at Paradigm Norton Financial Planning since August 2016. Previous roles include Chartered Financial Planner at The Citimark Partnership Ltd from October 2010 to July 2016, where the firm has built a reputation for advising High Net Worth clients and providing lifestyle planning solutions. Caroline has also held positions as a Pensions Technical Specialist at Jelf Group plc, Financial Practitioner at Hargreaves Lansdown, Financial Planning Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, and Pension Technician at Eagle Star Life. Caroline's expertise includes lifetime cashflow planning, pensions and retirement planning, investment strategies, personal tax mitigation, and inheritance tax and estate planning. Caroline earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Exeter in 1990.
