Kim Welch has a history of working in various financial planning and client support roles, gaining experience at companies such as Paradigm Norton Financial Planning, abrdn, Baigrie Davies, Vobis Group Limited, and Gsi Wealth Management Ltd. Kim started their career as an Administrator and worked their way up to become a Senior Financial Planning Assistant. They received their education at Wrotham Secondary School, where they completed their GCSE's and AS Level qualifications.
