Scarlet Sealy is a seasoned professional in the financial planning and compliance sector, currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Paradigm Norton Financial Planning since November 2018, where previous roles included Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer. Prior to this, Scarlet worked at HSBC from August 2017 to February 2022, holding positions as a Quality Tracker and Complaints Case Worker. Scarlet Sealy holds an LLB (HONS) Law with Business degree from the University of the West of England, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute since June 2023.
