Charlene Squires is an accomplished professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Director at RMG Mortgages since December 2022. With extensive experience at Paradigm Quest since March 2008, Charlene has held multiple leadership roles, including SVP QA & Broker Ombudsman and SVP Credit and Funding until December 2022. Charlene's career also includes significant contributions at CIBC as VP Production for FirstLine Mortgages and various positions at FirstLine Mortgages, beginning as an underwriter in 1990 and progressing to Production Manager. Charlene Squires holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from York University, obtained from 1982 to 1984.
