Iulian Nick Banu

Iulian Nick Banu has worked in the market research industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Ipsos Interactive Services. During this time, they received numerous company-awards for Project Management skills and achievements, and received the Mind Teaser award for most innovative idea in the company in 2010. Iulian Nick also managed the operations of a $2M account with great success, trained new staff on Project Management and Sampling, and helped the department grow from 3 to 15 Project Managers. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Manager of Sample Strategy at Ipsos Interactive Services, where they managed Sampling Strategists in 3 countries on 2 continents, reduced training period for onboarding new staff from 3 weeks to 1.5 weeks, and helped increase internal sample usage from 22% to ~40%. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Supply and Access and Senior Manager of Operations at Paradigm Sample.

Iulian Nick Banu completed a Certificate of Completion in Leadership: Practical Leadership Skills from Udemy Alumni in 2019. Prior to that, they completed Entrepreneurship 101 from MaRS Discovery District in 2016. Iulian Nick obtained their Engineer degree in Automated System Control and Computer Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov in 2007, which they started in 2002.
