James K. Spurgeon

James K. Spurgeon is an accomplished security professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Paradigm Security Services, Inc. since 2018. With extensive experience in physical patrol, fleet security, and operational assessments for various industries including manufacturing, logistics, transportation, commercial construction, entertainment, and residential communities, James specializes in corporate security, concierge security, event security, and executive protection, among other services. Previously, James served as the Chief of Police for the Cocopah Tribal Police Department from 2007 to 2013, overseeing a full-service law enforcement agency. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University, along with ongoing doctoral studies in Education at Northern Arizona University.
