Kim Arbogast has over two decades of experience in technology management and leadership roles. Kim has worked at companies such as Paradigm Technology, IBM, eComVentures, JM Family Enterprises, and Blockbuster. Throughout their career, they have managed major programs and projects for Fortune 500 companies, directed the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions, and orchestrated initiatives to improve productivity and reduce shrinkage. Kim's expertise includes providing thought leadership, mentorship, program/project management services, and strategic planning to drive optimal transformation within various industries.

Kim Arbogast studied Computer Science at California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, Kim holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
