Tom McTigue

Tom McTigue is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Paradigm Technology since March 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at McKinsey & Company from April 2022 to November 2024, including Global Fellow for Access McKinsey and Executive Recruiter. Tom also worked as Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at JLL Technologies from October 2020 to April 2022 and was the Global Talent Acquisition Lead (IT) at McDonald's from November 2018 to October 2020. Earlier in the career, Tom served as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at ICS, a Korn Ferry company, from August 2012 to November 2018, and started the professional journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Millikin University, obtained in 2006, following completion of high school at La Lumiere School in 2002.
