Tom Sandoval

Tom Sandoval is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor and automotive industries. Currently serving as Acting Vice President of Business Development at Paradigm Works, Inc., Tom drives marketing initiatives for ASIC and FPGA development services. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Automotive Sales at Renesas Electronics, Senior Vice President at Dialog Semiconductor, and Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Xilinx, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Tom's leadership experience also encompasses CEO of Calypto Design Systems and various high-level positions at LSI, culminating in a strong track record of managing large teams and successful product development. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
