Josie Franciose McGuinn

Josie is the Head of Events at Paradigm, strategically leading all internal and external events. Prior to joining Paradigm, Josie spent 15+ years at the Sundance Institute as the Director of Events overseeing and growing the events division. She managed a department of event and operation experts who planned, produced and executed over 150 multiform events annually at the Sundance Film Festival and year round programs. Josie began her career in events working for Ronald Reagan Library, US Women’s Ski Team, S&R Originals and The Depot. Josie earned her B.A. in Marketing Communications and Public Relations at California Lutheran University.
