Nic Woodyard

Nic is a Senior Recruiter at Paradigm. She began her recruiting career building engineering teams at startups like Clever (YC S12) and Lime. Most recently she built engineering teams at Coinbase through both traditional recruiting and targeted acqui-hire projects. Nic earned her B.A. in Psychology at UC Davis.
