Maria Mira Herreros

Maria Mira Herreros is an experienced Agile Delivery Leader and Agile Coach currently working at Paradigma Digital since May 2024. Prior to this role, Maria served as an Agile Coach, SAFe-RTE, and Change Agent at UST España from November 2021 to May 2024, focusing on the transformation of work methodologies in strategic projects. With a rich background as a SAFe RTE and Agile Coach at Estratecno, Maria has worked across various organizational levels and sectors, including telecommunications and insurance. Educational contributions include teaching at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and conducting programs that promote mental well-being and emotional education. Maria holds several advanced degrees in sustainability, project management, and gamification, with a foundational degree in Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
