Adrianne Dickinson

Adrianne Dickinson, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Adrianne began their career at Cabela's in 2007, where they served as a Web Design Specialist, Assistant to the Director, and later as a Category Administrator. From 2011 to 2020, Adrianne worked at Sidney Regional Medical Center as a Human Resources Generalist. Following that, they joined National Veterinary Associates in 2020, initially as a Total Rewards Senior Associate and then as a Total Rewards Team Lead from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Adrianne is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Paradigm, where they provide guidance to managers and employees on various HR programs and processes.

Adrianne Dickinson, PHR, pursued their education from 2002 to 2007 at Black Hills State University. During that time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
