Amanda Kehoe

Amanda Kehoe has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on complex health care challenges and improving lives for injured workers. Amanda started their career at Polaris Industries in 2004 as an HR Generalist before moving on to Allsteel as an MCR Manager. In 2009, they joined Wilson Tool International as an HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. Amanda then worked at ALARIS Group Inc as an HR Manager and subsequently as the Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they joined Paradigm as the Director of Human Resources for Complex Care Solutions and has since been promoted to Senior Director/HR Business Partner. Amanda'srole at Paradigm involves developing and implementing human resources strategies to support the company's value-based care approach.

Amanda Kehoe pursued their higher education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an HR emphasis from the University of South Dakota between the years 2000 and 2005. Following this, they furthered their educational experience by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2007 to 2009.
