Donald Lipsy

Donald Lipsy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on product development and regulatory compliance. Donald is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Development at Paradigm since July 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of PPO Product at Optum from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Donald held various roles at Sedgwick, including Vice President of Medical Networks from November 2020 to September 2021, AVP Managed Care Government Relations from October 2019 to November 2020, Director of Networks from January 2019 to October 2019, and Managed Care Specialty Products Manager from October 2017 to December 2018. Donald also briefly worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Regulatory Compliance specialist from July 2017 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, Donald served as the Director of Business Consultation at Coventry Health Care from June 2016 to July 2017 and as the Manager of Regulatory, Communications & Compliance from September 2007 to June 2016.

Donald Lipsy has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, which they obtained from the University of Arizona between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of San Diego School of Law from 1998 to 2001, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree specializing in Law.
