Jenny Ling

Jenny Ling has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jenny began their career in 1987 as an Occupational Therapist/Director of Supported Living at Learning Services. Jenny then worked as a Rehab Coordinator at Duke University Medical Center from 1992 to 1997. Following this, Jenny served as the Director of Occupational Therapy at Divine Savior Healthcare for a year. From 1998 to 2014, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Jenny then transitioned into a leadership role at Paradigm, where they held positions such as Associate Clinical Director, Director of Clinical Services, and Senior Director of Clinical Services, Catastrophic Care Management. Jenny'srole at Paradigm focused on improving the lives of individuals with complex and catastrophic injuries and diagnoses.

Jenny Ling obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from The University of Kansas between 1978 and 1982. Jenny later pursued a Master's degree in Neuroscience at the University of Hartford from 1985 to 1987.
