Jo Carter

Jo Carter is the Vice President of Clinical Resource Operations at Paradigm, where they have worked for over 25 years, leading national networks of nurse case managers and medical directors. They are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex medical conditions through ethical practice and strong relationships among stakeholders. Jo has served on the Board of Directors and as board chair for the Commission for Case Manager Certification for multiple terms, advocating for excellence in professional case management. Additionally, Jo volunteers on various committees and boards, including the Editorial Board of the Case Management Body of Knowledge and the SCI Advisory Board for The Shepherd Center. Jo holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
