Jola Tsamoudakis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jola started their career as a Revenue & Royalty Accountant at Chevron, where they recorded and analyzed monthly production volumes and revenue. Jola then joined Netopia Inc as an Accounting Manager, responsible for recording and reporting G/L activity and ensuring proper recognition of software revenue. Following this, Jola worked at MegaPath Networks as an Accounting Manager, where they managed recording of telecom revenue and cost, analyzed fluctuations, and reconciled balance sheet accounts. Jola then moved to Critical Path as the Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting, overseeing the maintenance and analysis of consolidated financials for multiple companies. Jola later became a Finance Manager at Thoratec, providing financial support for the R&D organization and actively participating in the annual planning process. Currently, Jola holds the position of Manager, Analytics at Paradigm, where they lead analytics-related initiatives.
