Kevin McEntee has over 20 years of experience as a technical writer. Kevin has worked in various industries including technology, finance, and manufacturing. Kevin's most recent role was as a Senior Technical Writer at Paradigm, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining training and online help documentation for proprietary software applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer Contractor at Palo Alto Networks, where they focused on IT infrastructure and support documentation. Kevin also has extensive experience at Silicon Valley Bank, Robert Half International, Radiant Systems Incorporated, Adaptec, Watlow Anafaze, Diversey Equipment Technologies, and Watkins-Johnson Company, where they wrote and maintained technical publications, online help, and user manuals for a variety of products and services.
