Kristin Wells-Slaba

Kristin Wells-Slaba has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin started their career in 2003 as a Certified Medical Assistant and Lab Technologist, working in various healthcare facilities until 2011. From 2010 to 2012, Kristin served as an Office Manager at Fredrickson Chiropractic. In 2012, they became the Medical Assisting Program Director at National American University, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Kristin worked as a Supervisor of Case Management Extenders, Reports, and Invoicing, as well as Program Auditors at ALARIS Group Inc. Since 2015, they have been employed at Paradigm, where they currently hold the position of Administrative Services Manager and R&I, Auditor, and Case Management Extender Supervisor in Complex Care Solutions.

Kristin Wells-Slaba has a diverse education history. Kristin began their academic journey at Minnesota West Community and Technical College from 2001 to 2003. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Allied Health and Medical Assisting / Lab Technologies. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Colorado Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they attended the University of South Dakota from 2013 to 2015 and completed a Masters of Science degree in Administration Studies, with a focus on Human Resources.

In addition to their degrees, Kristin Wells-Slaba has also obtained several certifications. Kristin became an AHA CPR Instructor in May 2014 and is certified as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants; however, it is unclear when they obtained this certification.
