Ming Tan

Ming Tan has extensive experience in finance, currently serving in a corporate finance role at Paradigm since March 2024. Previous positions include Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Native Microbials, Inc. from September 2022 to February 2024, and Head of Finance at United States University from February 2020 to June 2021. Ming held the position of Sr. Finance Manager in Synthetic Biology at Thermo Fisher Scientific from September 2017 to January 2020, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Alliant International University from September 2016 to September 2017. Prior experience also includes serving as Director of Finance and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ashford University from November 2012 to September 2016, as well as Sr. Financial Analyst at Cymer, Inc. from January 2008 to October 2012. Ming Tan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Northwestern University, completing studies from 1991 to 1995.
