Thomas Mastri

Thomas Mastri has extensive experience in executive finance and business development, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Board member at Paradigm since October 2009, where the focus is on addressing healthcare challenges and improving outcomes for injured workers. Previously, Mastri was Vice President and Controller at Initiate Systems from January 2007 to January 2009, contributing to data-sharing solutions for various organizations. Additionally, Mastri held the position of Vice President and Controller at Achievo from January 2006 to January 2007, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Coventry Health Care, an Aetna Company, from January 1992 to January 2005, overseeing national PPO networks.
