Yolanda L. Moffett Aphr

Yolanda L. Moffett, aPHR, has a work experience that spans over two decades. Yolanda began their career at PacifiCare Health Systems in 2000, where they served as a Supervisor/Lead IV. After working there for four years, they moved to UFCW TRUST in 2004, taking on the role of a Pension Analyst. Yolanda worked as a Pension Analyst for nearly a decade until 2013. In the same year, they joined Paradigm as a Clinical Solutions Associate II, a position they held until 2023. In January 2023, Yolanda transitioned to a new role at Paradigm as a Benefits and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Specialist.

Yolanda L. Moffett, aPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development with a concentration in Women's Development from California State University - East Bay. Yolanda also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Diablo Valley College. In addition to their degrees, Yolanda has obtained the Inclusive Mindset certification from LinkedIn in June 2022. Yolanda also holds the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in March 2022.
