Paradigm
As Lead Account Executive, Alex combines his two passions in the working world: sales and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alex has focused on equity in the workplace since 2014, and has been a part of several employee resource groups and inclusion committees.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Alex worked as a senior account executive at an HR tech company focused on improving the employee experience. Alex also created and co-led their LGBTQ+ focused employee resource group. Overall, he loves to use data to create more accessible workplaces for underrepresented communities, and encourages companies to do the same.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, where he studied finance.
