Diego De Los Rios

Senior Consultant at Paradigm

As a consultant on the Training and People Development team, Diego uses his experience in and passion for social science to help clients become more inclusive, stronger organizations. Prior to joining Paradigm, Diego worked as the Assistant Director of Research, Professional Development, and Academic Affairs at the American Sociological Association. In this role, he advocated for the needs of different constituencies in the discipline and organized and facilitated professional development events for members. He has also taught sociology courses at Northwestern University, Georgetown University, and American University.

Diego is a cultural sociologist and holds a doctorate from Northwestern University, where he conducted research on a variety of topics related to Latinx immigration to the U.S and Spain. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, and religious studies from McDaniel College.
