Maya Godbole

Consultant at Paradigm

Maya is passionate about building workplace cultures that foster feelings of safety and belonging for employees. As a member of the Training & People Development team, Maya draws from her background in research and education to help clients implement evidence-based practices to drive sustainable, long-term behavioral change.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Maya conducted scientific research – where she focused on designing tools and strategies to increase equity, inclusion, and belonging in workplaces and academic institutions – and worked as an adjunct instructor of psychology. Maya is well-versed in literature on unconscious bias, belonging and mindsets, and intersectionality. She has delivered numerous workshops and presentations across diverse audiences on DEI topics and has authored work in scientific journals, book chapters, and popular press.

Maya holds a doctorate and master’s degree in Social Psychology from the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester.
