Prior to her work as a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist, Michelle was a highly successful media, sports, and entertainment management defense employment lawyer. She represented Fortune 500 companies and entertainment, media, and professional sports organizations in high profile race, gender, LGBTQ+, disability discrimination, pay equity, and sexual harassment litigation.

She leverages her extensive strategic and diverse legal background as a trusted thought leader, executive coach, mediator, and facilitator. Michelle has made it her mission to make workplaces more equitable and inclusive, and is committed to leveraging her talents to help companies thrive by developing fearless, collaborative environments.
