Niomi Sterling

Niomi is a people strategist and facilitator who creates meaningful partnerships with her clients to enable organizational development through diversity, equity, and inclusion training. A cultural enthusiast, Niomi fuses together her background in talent management, psychology, and international business to create experiences that prioritize equity and resonate cross-culturally.

Niomi started her career as a grassroots organizer and has since worked in Human Resources across various industries, focused on talent management and development, as well as culture change work. Prior to joining Paradigm’s Training and People Development team, Niomi completed her MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior at Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. Her enhanced global outlook makes Niomi well-positioned to serve increasingly multi-national societies and workforces.
