Eric Blissmer

Eric Blissmer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm Parachute & Defense Inc since January 2024. Prior to this role, Eric was the Vice President of Programs/Operations at Design West Technologies, Inc. from November 2021 to November 2023, overseeing P&L for a defense contractor focused on engineering and manufacturing solutions for weapon systems. Eric has extensive experience in operations management, having held the position of VP/Director of Operations at Airborne Systems from August 2008 to November 2021, where responsibilities included P&L for multiple sites in North America. Eric's career also includes quality management roles at General Dynamics and Lincoln Plating, along with an engineering position at Goodyear. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1992.
